Ongoing stressors in life can have a major impact on our sex hormones. La Culebra has been channeled through my own personal journey with healing my hormonal imbalances and reigniting my inner flame through a kundalini awakening.

This blend is different from others because it contains both a microdose element and a daily supplement. The suggested protocol is to take 1 microdose capsule (.20g of Golden Teacher) every 3 days and take the non dosed supplement every other day. Taking the other doses allows the adaptogenic herbs to create a relationship with your system and helps to keep the integration present while we move through daily life. It is suggested to take an intentional moment before each dose to practice deep breathing and visualization of your kundalini serpent rising with each breath. Journaling and documenting your experience throughout the journey is also a great practice to facilitate a deeper connection and transformation.

Take one microdose capsule every 3 days. Take the non microdose supplement (in the larger tube) on every day that you are not microdosing ! This way you are ingesting the herbs daily and allowing them to do their *magic* 

*Please note that the microdoses are not psychoactive capsules. They are sub perceptual (very light) and work on our subtle energy. The idea is to set intentions when consuming these medicines and to use these medicines in tandem with deep self work. Such as: meditation, journaling, creating, anything that is positive in feeding your soul.

  1. What is my heart ready to let go of? 
  2. What does my unique energy look and feel like- without any outside influences?
  3. What does life look like without the energetic weight that I am holding on to?
  4. What are 3-5 things that charge and feed my energy and my soul?
  5. What is my intention for this journey? 

Take a moment daily or at least weekly to reflect on how this medicine came to you, how and why you felt called to it. OR just dear diary record how your days have beeb going. This process of writing helps our brain to reflect and SEE the changes that are happening even on subtle levels. This act helps to further the process of reprogramming and the brain rewiring- (neuroplasticity) These journal prompts are just offerings on a place to begin!
